At Centered Stage, our one-of-a-kind programs invite
children to explore the world through guided play.

Through theater games, shared imagination, and
movement, children will have the opportunity to express
themselves while learning to stay present, build self-awareness, and create positive connections within the
group.

Current Offerings

Offered as six-week classes or in one 90-minute workshop, ​our programs are designed to offer a well-rounded experience, blending creative expression with mindfulness to support the social and emotional growth of each child.

Story Play Lab
Connection through Shared Imagination

Children build and explore stories together through imaginative play, movement, and guided games. This class supports communication, creativity, and perspective-taking while encouraging kids to share ideas and collaborate in a playful, low-pressure environment.

Centered Play
Connection through Regulation

A calming, movement-based class that blends mindful play with creative activities to support self-regulation and emotional awareness. Children practice slowing down, noticing their bodies, and engaging with others in a grounded, supportive way.

Play to Connect
Connection through Social Interaction

This social-focused group uses interactive play and cooperative games to help children practice turn-taking, flexibility, and communication. Through shared play experiences, kids build confidence, strengthen peer relationships, and develop essential social-emotional skills.
